Our Jira site is coming up with Page Unavailable. Did get an email earlier about our subscription being cancelled, but as far as I'm aware we haven't cancelled our subscription at all.

I suggest that you contact Atlassian support billing inquiry - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
It might be related to Confluence subscription.
