Since yesterday, for the every click i do in JIRA , I see 'Aww snap' page with error message out of memory'.
Cleared cache, but nothing seems to work out

I see that you posted in Jira Cloud category. At the moment their are steps for DC/ server editions but I'm not sure for Cloud.
May I request you to check if it's server or Cloud?
On server edition you can fix the issue by increasing the memory and here is the article link. Alternatively, kindly share your logs to the Atlassian support team.
