Not able to create an issue (status 404)

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create a new ticket
  • Fill mandatory fields such as Title and description
  • Click and drag a .mp4 video to the description so it will be saved as an attachment
  • Click cancel before the upload finishes
  • Click save >> observe
  • Remove the attachment and click save >>observe
  • Click and drag the .mp4 video to the description
  • Click save >> observe

Thank you for the steps and for sharing the video.

I tried to replicate the issue here, but it worked normally. I tested using Firefox 90.0.2.

Just for a better understanding of the issue:

  • Have you tested using another browser or incognito mode?
  • Can you please disable all extensions and try again?
  • Is the issue happening if you add the attachment after the ticket is created?
  • Is it happening if you add an image instead of a video?
  • Is it affecting other users?
