We are having two instance for JIRA and two email id [abbott.support@infogain.com and abbott.support2@infogain.com] :
Now client requirement is that when someone dropped an email to this id[abbott.support@infogain.com] then JIRA should create ticket on both instance.
When someone dropped an reply on existing email then JIRA should add comment in existing ticket on both instance.
So kindly suggest us how can we implement this on JIRA?
Here i have created custom rules in outlook mail then first condition will work properly but on second condtion this will fail. Both condition are provided below:
