Missing option "Start and complete automatically" when editing or creating a sprint

Hi all,

I like to automate sprint completing and starting so I followed the instructions if this article.

- My project is a company-managed project

- The feature "auto-managed sprints" is enabled

The option "Start and complete automatically" is missing when I create or edit a sprint.

Help me please,

Hi @Gabesz -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You appear to be using Jira Cloud and that article is for Jira Server / Data Center versions.  I do not believe there is a similar feature built into Jira Cloud.

I suspect there are marketplace apps to add this capability as there is a REST API function to update sprints such that they can start / complete. 

And so an automation rule could also do this, although I have not tried that.
