Hi @Виталий Дутов

I understand that you have setup the Github for Jira Cloud app, but are unable to see such development information from within Jira.

However it is unclear to me if this was working for you previously, or if this problem is on a new integration.  If this is a new integration, then you should be aware that Jira only will display the commits, pull requests, branches, etc when commit message, pull request message, or branch name contains an actual issuekey from Jira.  Even then Jira only shows that information on the corresponding issue.

The GitHub configuration page in your Jira Cloud (/plugins/servlet/ac/com.github.integration.production/github-post-install-page) will mention this further in

Metadata for commits, branches, and pull requests that use the Smart Commit syntax will be synced to Jira and appear in the Development Information panel of the relevant issue.

So the question I would have would be, do we know for sure that this github repo has commits, pull requests, etc that contain an issuekey within them?  If so, then perhaps we need to look at some other aspect here.

The Github installation guide over in https://github.com/integrations/jira/blob/master/README.md does have some other details about steps you might need to take from within Github to grant repo access.

Try this and let me know if this helps.

Andy

Andy, thx for reply.

If i'm, understand correct, Code page not show any data because github missing any related to jira commits (using smart commit syntax)?

I'm not sure I understand your question.  But the most common explanation here is that Jira will not show commits on an issue if the smart commit syntax was not used (for example if the commit message does not contain the issuekey e.g. ABC-321).
