I have created a project on the account below:
https://admxxc.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/
However, I would like to move the whole thing to a new account :
https://admirxx.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/AUT/boards/
Is this possible?

Hey @Francis Mullett
Additionally to @Zulfiqar Bin Zafar answer, I would like to mention that any existing project will be deleted from the "Landing site" when you restore a backup from another site, so be conscious of this information if you have any existing projects on https://admirxx.atlassian.net/.
If that's the case, maybe the CSV import is a better option for you.

If you only need/want one project consider a manual approach:
if you are open to addon solutions check the Marketplace for apps like - deep-clone-for-jira . Note I have not used the aforementioned app but it seems popular in the Community. Personally I would likely go this route as I could cancel the app once complete. You might be able to complete within the trial period. ;)

In Jira Premium Account, you have a Cloud Migration feature where you can migrate projects from one instance to another. Try this one and it's easy.
Raise the ticket with the support team if you don't see one in the System settings
Thanks,
Pramodh
