Log-in Issues

Hello,

 

I seem to be having an issue with logging in one of my team members to our JIRA Cloud account located on Microsoft Teams. 


In the Azure directory, he has two separate emails (one main and another alternative) but for whatever reason, whenever he is on Microsoft Teams, he cannot gain access to our JIRA. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Before going any further, can you kindly check below things:

  1. That the main email associated with the user in Azure is the same email address used to log into Jira
  2. That in Jira Settings (Cog icon) -> Apps -> Manage Apps the MS Teams app does not need to be upgraded like shown in below screenshot:

In case there is no need to update the App and the main email address in Azure is already matching the email address used to log-into Jira, then I will need more details about this issue. Specifically:

  1. Are other users affected by the same issue?
  2. How is the user logging-into Jira?
  3. Can you provide more details on what you mean with: "whenever he is on Microsoft Teams, he cannot gain access to our JIRA"?

Please feel free to add any other information (or screenshot) if needed.
