Hello,
I seem to be having an issue with logging in one of my team members to our JIRA Cloud account located on Microsoft Teams.
In the Azure directory, he has two separate emails (one main and another alternative) but for whatever reason, whenever he is on Microsoft Teams, he cannot gain access to our JIRA.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In case there is no need to update the App and the main email address in Azure is already matching the email address used to log-into Jira, then I will need more details about this issue. Specifically:
