Kanban Board Sidebar have missing buttons

Hello,

I am trying to use Kanban board with Service Desk. But as soon as I connect them I lose some buttons on the sidebar on the left, while my normal Kanban board project has all it's normal functionalities. is there a way to add them? or am I stuck with what I have?

Hi @Stefan Saikaly,

It's not a surprise, Jira service desk does not come with Board functionalities. that's why whenever you connect with your board it takes you to the board page which is outside of your JSD project

But in other case(software projects) board lives in project itself 

And the options/buttons missing are related to Project not related to Board.
