My team and I are discussing value of software project versus service management. We want to use the email request feature which I understand can happen under both but for the software will those internal customers email requests require both user accounts as well as a license?
If using Jira software every user needs an account. If using service management only agents, those working on tickets are the only user who need to work on tickets actively need accounts.
