I am looking to integrate Jira into the backend of our platform so that users can submit feedback or bugs to us. On the frontend, the user will not be aware that the ticket is being created in Jira and will be our own UI.
Is there a connector that would allow a user to create a ticket and then push that information to a newly created Jira ticket in a centralized project?
You may want to use jira issue collector which should allow your users to submit bugs into your jira without them knowing that.
Check the article explains thoroughly how you can configure it in any thirdparty application.
Hope it helps.
