This is an article I wrote a while back, it gives a thorough understanding about Jira webhooks.
@Nishant Sharma If you are sending the webhook from an Automation rule, if you click on "validate your webhook configuration" at the bottom of the screen and enter a jira issue key, and it will tell you the response header and payload
