Jira-Slack integration is not working

When using /jira create on Slack, I am getting the following error message:

/jira failed with the error "operation_timeout"

Is there an issue at the moment on Jira's server side? Thank you.

Hi @Santiago David ,

Yes, I can confirm there was an issue with the Jira Cloud for Slack integration earlier today. The problem on our end was resolved about 20 minutes ago (Dec 21, 17:50 UTC). You should be able to use the integration in Slack now and not receive the operation_timeout error. Give it a try!
