Hi @Michelle Nunes

You need to use a Branch to create Sub-tasks, and link them back to the Story created earlier in the rule.

For example...

  • Trigger: Scheduled
  • Action: Create issue
    • Project = DBA Task Tracking
    • Issue type = Story
  • Branch: Related issues
    • Type = Most recently created issue
      • Branch-Action: Create issue
        • Project = DBA Task Tracking
        • Issue type = Sub-task
        • Parent issue = Current issue
      • Branch-Action: Create issue
        • Project = DBA Task Tracking
        • Issue type = Sub-task
        • Parent issue = Current issue
      • ...etc

---

Let us know how it goes :)

Hello @Michelle Nunes

Welcome to the Atlasssian Community !

For creating a subtask under  a task you need to make a use of condition and branch in the automtion. See the usage of conditional branching and then create subtask under it. Here is the screen shot attached for your further reference.
