I am unable to access JIRA inside VDI and getting the below error. It works fine in my local browser.

I also did the following but it did not help,

In Chrome, by specifically allowing Java Script from Atlassian:

  1. Open Chrome settings
  2. Click on Advanced
  3. Click on Privacy and Security
  4. Click on Site Settings
  5. Click on JavaScript
  6. Make sure JavaScript is set to allowed
  7. Next to Allow, click Add
  8. Paste the URL from the error message in and click Add

Maybe it's a whitelist issue.

In my environment, JIRA URL is not whitelisted and should be whitelisted. Let me process it and see if that resolves the issue.

I had this issue on Firefox, clearing the cookies and site data in the Enhanced Tracking Protection Menu in the address bar, then refreshing the page fix it for me
