Issues with Mapping on External CSV Import

I'm trying to import a csv file to update Epics.

When I go to the field mapping page, it is not loading fully.  The page starts to load but then a dialogue pops up saying the page is unresponsive.

I was doing very similar things yesterday, loading and updating tasks, so this appears to be a new problem that has just started.

Am I doing anything wrong or is this an issue with the live service?

Hi @Greg Smart

Not that I know of, or can find.

Is this still happening? If yes, have you tried...

  • Asking another Site Admin to try this?
  • Using a different CSV file?
  • From a different browser or Incognito mode?

Ste

Thank you @Stev I figured out that the problem was that the file I was importing had a huge number of columns.  It was generated from another system which I am porting across from.  Once I cleaned up the data correctly it was fine.
