Issue with installing the Jira Cloud for Excel add-in.

Hello Folks,

I have an issue with installing the Jira Cloud for Excel.

When I open the add-in in excel I still get the following error:

I am using MS Office 2016
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 1909

The IT team tried the extension on other machines that are running windows 2016 and even some that have the highest level of access in the company as far as admin rights. Still getting the same errors on those machines . They also tested on a VM by stripping all security and still nothing. Ran into the same issues despite not having any antivirus on that machine. 

But the add-in seems to work as expected on mac machines. 

Please let me know if you know how this can be resolved.
