Issue where on page refresh the page scrolls to the bottom automatically

When on multiple pages (Kanban Board, Backlog, etc) when a user refreshes the page the page automatically scrolls to the bottom of the page. We then have to scroll back up to the top every time. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Testing on my local site using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, I was able to replicate a similar behavior when using Firefox only.

On both Chrome and Safari, if I’m at the bottom of a page and refresh, it goes to the top, but on Firefox if I refresh the page while at the bottom it goes back to the bottom, but if refreshing while on the top, it stays on the top. 

Can you please share with us what browser are you and the other affected users using?

Have you tested using another one?

Is it happening on specific projects or all projects?
