Issue to change the dates for Issue Type

Question

I am not able to change the end date for Issue Type(subtask, Task, Story)even for the child in BIG PICTURE. The date is not active (not able to select the calendar).Attached Screen shot.

Hi @jothi

Unfortunately, it is impossible to identify the precise reason for it as there are multiple possible root causes for it.

The first two things that you may verify are:

* your Jira permissions - are you able to edit the Jira issue at all;
* the period mode and dependencies of the task in BigPicture - it may happen that another task is blocking the rescheduling of this task.

Hi Jothi - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I do not use Big Picture, but make sure your Edit screen for that project and issue type has the End Date on it. Otherwise, you will probably need to contact Big Picture support.
