Hi,

I have created a filter for my backlog, and used that same filter as a base for my kanban board.

The results from the filter are correct, and I can see the issues (fig 1). However, when I open backlog view to assign issues from backlog to sprints, I cannot find the same issues. all columns are mapped, and there's no quick filter used other than the issue's name.

Can someone help?Figure 1.pngFigure 2.png

Hello @Cynthia Kallas

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

In the second image you appear to be searching your backlog screen for a specific issue - SF-8442 - and it is not being found.

What is the Status of issue SF-8442?

Can you show us the Columns/Status mappings for this board?
