Issue Type Hierarchies

Hello, I am trying to change my issue type Hierarchy in one specific project:

Project > Epic > New Feature > User Story > Task > Sub-Task

Is there a way to apply this to just one project or is this a plan-level setting that would affect all of our projects?

Jira Software only supports Epic > Story > Sub-task without apps.
