Is there a way to generate a markdown-formatted link to a Jira ticket in a single click?

I frequently reference Jira tickets in other locations. I would like to be able to easily generate something like the following to paste into another application I'm using:

[FIRE-283: attack](https://fire-nation.atlassian.net/browse/FIRE-283)

 Does something like this exist?
