Is there a quick way to see a count for all issue types, workflows, and custom fields in jira?

Question

from what I understand the old default Jira count for:

issue types = 7

workflows = 4

custom fields = 30

With all the new rollouts im sure this has changed a bit. Im working on cleaning up my instance of Jira. I am open to any recommendations on standards that have produced effective results.
