Integration with GitHub with different emails

Question

Hi,
I am willing to be able to close issue via commits.
The email address configured in GitHub is different than the address configured in JIRA. 
Changing the email address in both systems is pretty inconvenient, so I rather find a more elegant way to perform this task.
Is there any?

I'm afraid it's required, at least in order for smart commits to work
