In Roadmaps, can I add Sprints to the hierarchy?

Deleted user July 22, 2021

I am setting up a standard Roadmap for a project and I would like to view the planned Sprints as part of the hierarchy.

Currently I have Epics with child Issues. I have the Issues grouped into Sprints but I cannot view these Sprints on the Roadmap.

Do I need to use Advanced Roadmaps for this? Would it be difficult to move from current Roadmap to Advanced?

Sprints are not hierarchical things, they are time-boxes for stories.  They will be shown in the roadmaps, but not as issue containers like Epics.

Thanks,

Can I get the Sprint to display on the roadmap somehow? Does it need to be active?

I am also interested in displaying the sprints on the Roadmap. We are using start/end dates for the epics and we see the timeline as months. We want to add the sprints to display under the months so the tasks in the epics can be displayed on the timeline as well.
