susu.san June 16, 2021

I exported all issues from 1 product (Jira Software cloud) and imported to another product.

all attachments failed to load and show below errors.

Example of the attachment column value is :

01/Feb/21 5:27 PM;minh.ngo;image-20210201-092702.png;https://bluecom.atlassian.net/secure/attachment/251905/image-20210201-092702.png

Attachment error 1.JPG

How to transfer attachment files without having to download all to local drive and upload manually?

Hi @susu.san

If you don’t want to download the attachments to your local directory, you’ll need to provide the absolute path to the attachments URL to be able to download it as you have done above.

I see you are pointing to a separate cloud instance here already. What I am unsure of is if an authentication attempt is made while attempting to access the file and this is failing.

You can try this with a trusted image or attachment URL to rule out my suspicion.

Regards.
