Does Jira have any function or add-on that brings data from an online spreadsheet? It could be a Google spreadsheet, Excel 365 or similar alternative.

You could import through a CSV file, Atlassian has some documentation here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

I saw this option, but I don't think thisupdates automatically. I need something that works online with jira.
So it sounds like you want a way to sync data between Jira and another application - what is the use case for it, or how do you want the data displayed in Jira (as individual issues)?
