I would like to move a project to another jira instance (account)

I know I can export the whole jira as Admin (backup), but when I import: Does it overwrite the jira and the projects I have already in my other jira instance (account) ?

Yes, if you use "restore from backup"

No, if you use "project import"

you can use .csv export / import.
