I need help with Admin log in and password

Hello, I have a problem with Admin account. A person who used to be an Admin is no longer working with us. But before he left, he gave me Admin account and password. Now I managed to log in once with it, and to bookmark it. After that, every time I try to log in by typing in user name and password, I get the information that one of the two is not correct. I still can access it with bookmarked link. But I can't change password or anything as it keeps telling me it is a wrong password.

How can I actually fix the Admin account? Thanks in advance
