I need a query to select changed description

Hi all,

I want to check if the customer changed the description of a request, e.g. during the review phase. Unfortunately the operator "changed" is not available for this field.

I also tried to create an export with contains the history / activities but only the comments could be exported.

Do you have any idea how to get it? Thanks a lot.
