I am unable to create a project automation. in new instance

I migrated from one instance to another. And after that, I'm unable to create an automation.

It is showing: There was a problem retrieving permissions from your Jira instance. Please try publishing this rule again.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I have figured out the solution to this problem. 

 So, while creating an Automation, GoTo Rule details and change the actor to: - User who triggered the event.
