How to view who you shared a report with?

Hello, 

I shared a report containing multiple issues with several people and included comments.  Is there any way to see exactly who I shared it with and what the comments were?

So far I have not found any documentation to mentions that the use of the Share feature records the information anywhere about what was shared and with whom it was shared.
