Our company has X number of business projects which all require some minor modifications on the same software we produce. Our development is set up using 2 teams. A team shares multiple projects. Each team is working on a single business product at a time - in a sprint.
How to structure this business/development framework in Jira Software?
Thank you.
Hi @Andraž Andolšek !
There are probably more than 1 ideal solutions. But here's how I'd do it with the given information:
Each business project (X) has a Jira Software project.
Developers have access to all of them.
Developers have 1 scrum board per team for sprint planning across all projects.
It may make sense to provide separate issue types for development in the business projects in order to separate development tasks from general project tasks and only bring these onto the scrum boards.
