How to show the attachment of deleted issue by Jira automation Email?

Hi, I want to set an automation which can check who deleted the issue. Our issues often have some pictures in attachment. I want to show the attachment of deleted issue in the automation Email. I have checked some community questions about how to get attchment in Email and do get the link of attachment. But the issue was deleted, so the attachment couldn't be found.

I'd like to know if it is possible to get the attachment of deleted issue in the automation Email. Thank you!

Hi @Yueji Huang（黄越己） ,

尝试新建一个回收站Project，当发生任何删除操作行为时，克隆这个Issue并Move到回收站做为备案，同时触发Notification。

不过有个先后的问题，不确定克隆的Issues是否包含被删除的附件。

长期来看，还是需要Atlassian支持Jira Issues 的 Recycle Bin
