How to restrict access to a project without affecting the outgoing webhooks?

When updating the permission scheme to only allow a specific user group to browse the project, the webhooks stopped posting to our internal application.

What permissions do I need to enable so the webhooks still work, and hide projects from specific users that we invited?

Hi @Jesus Garcia ,

Webhooks are outbound HTTP calls and restricting project access to specific groups should not have any impact on them.

I have tested this on my side (using https://beeceptor.com to check if the webhooks were correctly sent) and I can confirm everything works fine:

Project Permission:

Actually, I can see that you have opened a support request for this same issue and the problem was indeed on the remote end receiving the Webhooks.

Have a nice day.

Cheers,
Dario
