How to prevent closing of issues with (open/progress/reopen/resolved) Sub-Tasks

How can we define a rule that prevents a "Story" from being closed while there are still Sub-tasks that have a state != from closed. The same for issue type "Bug" and "Task"

Regarding to Epic: How to prevent an Epic from being put to epic state "done" and JIRA state "closed" as long as the child Stories + Sub-tasks are not closed.

The first one can be achieved using the "Subtask blocking" workflow condition.

For the second, you will need custom dev work and it is not possible in JIRA Cloud.
