How to move the issue to another queue in the same project? (invalid assign)

In our Project we need to managed with issueus which are not assigned well to the queues.

How we can transport them to other queues manually? Is it possible?

Additionally information: We are working also with SharePoint tool creating tickets/issued.

Katarzyna,

queues really are nothing more than filtered lists. So you don't actually move them between queues but rather just change the filters defining the queue. This is done by...

1. go to the project in question
2. click Queues
3. select the queue in question and then Edit Queue (upper right)
4. change the filter

There are all sorts of ways to build your queues, e.g. types, components, labels, assignees, etc.
