Hi Team,

How to migrate users from Zoho application to jira cloud .
microsoft login is used for zoho login . 

what could be the approch , please suggest.

Hi @Abhishree HN ,

I haven't used Zoho yet, but I would use the below method:

• Export the List of active users in Zoho
• (Optional) In the Jira  Cloud env, you can either setup the SSO or allow users to set their own creds
• Use the Create User Jira API, and loop the above list to send the users an invite. Reference https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Access-questions/How-can-I-invite-users-in-bulk-using-api/qaq-p/1388790#M1664
