I want to make sure that my team adds the Closure (Custom Field) while/before they can to move status to Done.
So is there an option in workfloe to set field constraint for moving an issue from one status to another?

For the transition: You can add this field to the transition/workflow screen and add the Field Required Validator as validator.
Thanks @Dave Mathijs, I was able to add validation for the specific transition. So until that filed is populated, people will not be able see Done status. Works.
