How to format description text on automated issue creation rule?

Hello, I'm using automated issue creating rules and want to keep bug issue type format in a specific way:

But it allows me to create issue with an option to use formatting editor:

Any chance to pre-format text on automated description creation? Thanks.

@Danielle Barringer maybe Jira changed their URL so I can't help here, but you can apply formatting by following my example:

h3. Issue Summary

TBA

h3. Steps to reproduce

1. TBA
2. TBA

h3. Expected results

TBA and so on..

Just need to add a prefix e.g h1, h2, h3 and etc.
