Hello @bhushan
What error messages are you talking about, specifically?
What action are you taking before these messages display?
What is the text of the messages?
I would like to get an error message "There are some pending tasks still exists" even if all the issues are moved to closed status in a sprint.
Please share your suggestions.

When do you expect that message to appear? What action are you going to take to prompt Jira to check if this case exists?
If all issues are moved to the closed status in a sprint, then why would Jira state that pending tasks exist? Upon what data available about the issues in the sprint will that assessment be made?

You cannot customize the Complete Sprint process to add a message.
That process should already provide a pop up to alert you that there are items that are "not done" (not in the column farthest to the right) if that scenario exists.
