How to create Baseline for Release?

The Base line shall actually freeze a snapshot of the content and states of all project issues, i.e: Custom Epic and Stories as well as tests results

Hi @Adi Halfon -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I know of no such capability built into Jira Cloud to do that.  You may want to investigate cloud backup processes or marketplace addons with your site admin.

Before you do those things, I suggest describing what problem you are trying to solve with that level of "baselining" content and status of issues, and then discuss that with your site admin and team coaches.  They may help you decide solution approaches.  Thanks!
