How to configurate GitLab+Jira integration in Jira Cloud

I'm started this from gitlab instruction and stopped there 

I'm trying to follow this instruction Linking a GitLab or GitLab Self-Managed repository with Jira and Linking GitLab accounts but there is no such thing as OAuth 2.0 in Administration > System. 

At first I though that I'm using old version of Jira, but this is Jira Cloud, so it should be up to date (correct me, if I'm wrong).

Hi @Vasily Fedorov ,

I believe for GitLab and cloud Jira you will need GitLab for Jira app

Instructions Linking a GitLab or GitLab Self-Managed repository with Jira and Linking GitLab accounts are for server Jira.
