There is a "Share" button at the top right corner of the Issue screen. When I click on it, I can select another user and type a message to them. How do I view the emails that I sent? IF the user replies, will I receive an email? Thanks!

You aren't really sending it, it is Jira that sends it. ;-) So because of that, you can't see the email.
If the user replies by email, it should add a comment to the issue. You will not get an email, unless you are a Watcher on the issue or otherwise have the Notification Scheme set up to email you when a comment is added.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
