I'm trying to add a prioritization to a existing ticket - I'm the ticket owner.
How can I do it pls?
Are you not able to edit the Priority value of a ticket?
Is it available in the edit screen? If not, you will have to connect with your JIRA admin to add priority field to the edit screen to make it editable
