How do I change the Epic Status

I have an Epic whose status says done in my Filter but the status on the Epic screen says assigned. I may have moved the Epic to Done status but there are many issues still assigned to it - Need to change the status from Done to Open. Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated

Hi Yossi - Is this a Next-gen project or a Classic Software project? 

If Classic Software, can you share your workflow for the project? You would need a transition from Done to Open. 

If Next-gen, can you drag the card on the board back to an Open column?

So it looks like you need to add a transition from Closed back to Reopened. 

I would add a condition so that only an Administrator can execute the transition. 

You will probably have to make a copy of the Workflow to make the changes since Closed has no outgoing transitions currently.
