How can we get live key links in spreadsheet export from Plan/Roadmap since CSV is just text

I've looked for and at other questions and answers but don't see this specifically...

Management wants an excel spreadsheet with the hierarchical view that the CSV from Plans / Roadmaps provides, so that woks well, yet it would be so much more useful and productive if the issue key links were live links vs. just text. Why is CSV the only option rather than to excel like from a filter?  Is there a workaround to achieve this easily after the CSV export to magically make the links live to jira?
