Jira data integration I am using Alpha connector. For tempo data can i use same connector ( Is there any admin changes required in tempo app)

Glad to hear that! ;) Yes, you can use the Power BI Connector for Jira to export Tempo data. You just need to set up Tempo token, and the Tempo tab will appear in the connector's interface. Required one more help regarding Jira data.  I am using alpha connector for Jira data integration in Power BI.

Suppose  2 developer worked on same defect but in jira data showing only one developer details with 2 developer working time(latest developer show in data with 2 developer aggregated time).

This is too specific to be easily resolved here. If you mean that you face issues with time logs reflection in Jira , it is necessary to get help from Tempo support: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/user/login?destination=portal%2F6 

If there is an issue with log difference between Jira and Power BI, then you can reach out to us: support@alpha-serve.com
