I am trying to check the tempo logs filtered by different users. I can see only time logged by few users but not of my teammates from e5 Java and Myworkplace products. Please let me know how can I get access to the tempo?
You will need to ask your Tempo administrators (or possibly your Jira administrators) to grant you the access you need to the Tempo work logs.
We can't help you with e5 Java or Myworkplace, you've not explained what they are.
