How can I erase a tag when It was writed wrong and I dont need it?

Assuming you mean labels rather than tags then what you need to do is find all of the issues that have that label and remove them once that happens and re-indexing happens it should disappear. To find all issues of that label just do the advanced search and use labels = XXX
